We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders — including Alaska and Hawaii. No extra shipping charges will be applied.

3. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 6:00 PM (EST) will be prioritized for same-day processing.

  • Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly by location and due to courier-related delays.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your package safely and on time, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier is selected automatically based on your shipping address and the shipping method.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • The estimated delivery date

7. Shipping Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days, contact us immediately at support@opensmartzone.com.

  • Damaged Items: Report any visible damage within 24 hours of receipt. Please include clear photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue faster.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped it is handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • To request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible (see Contact Us below).

9. Return & Refund Policy

  • You may return products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Returns are free of charge (no return shipping fees).
